Chef Tadashi Ono's Menu, focused on traditional ingredients, features signature offerings including Smoked and Seared Kampachi with Scallion and Jalapeño, Whole Dover Sole Karaage with ponzu, Robata Grilled Ozaki Wagyu with fresh wasabi, as well as a full menu of traditional edomae style sushi by Head Sushi Chef, Hideaki Watanabe.

EVENTS

Located in Chelsea's basment space, the decor is anchored by a striking centerpiece, the original backbar from Hotel Okura’s famed Orchid Bar in Tokyo, which was salvaged before renovations and brought to New York. Designed with a reverence for raw materials and wabi-sabi aesthetics, the restaurant’s interiors feature antique limestone floors, salvaged wood walls, and panels of indigo-dyed denim.

Named for Japanese-born artist Teruko Yokoi, who once lived and created formative works within the hotel, 
this intimate space honors her artistic legacy.
